1. Role of the StayPicker Platform

StayPicker is a technological portal specialized in mediation for accommodation bookings in Croatia. Our system is powered by MyRent technology, which ensures a direct link with property owners. Legal Status: StayPicker acts exclusively as an intermediary. The contract for the provision of accommodation services is established directly and exclusively between the guest and the host.

2. Best Booking Conditions

StayPicker offers the most transparent billing model on the market:

• For Guests: Using the platform and booking accommodation is free of charge. StayPicker does not charge a "Service Fee" or any other additional fees to guests.
• For Hosts (Owners): For every completed booking, StayPicker charges the property owner a fixed intermediary commission of 6% + TAX.
• This model ensures higher earnings for owners while guaranteeing the lowest prices for guests, free from agency markups.

3. Limitation of Liability

By accepting these terms, you agree that StayPicker is not responsible for:

• Disputes and Complaints: All complaints regarding cleanliness, quality, or the accuracy of the accommodation are resolved exclusively between the guest and the host.
• Cancellations: Only the cancellation terms set by the host in the system apply. StayPicker is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from cancellations.
• Damages: StayPicker is not liable for any material damage or injuries sustained during the guest's stay.
• Verification: Although we verify the legal status of hosts (DAC7), we cannot guarantee the conduct of third parties.
