Our platform is an online system that connects accommodation hosts and guests, enabling simple advertising, searching, and booking of accommodation in a secure and transparent manner.

The guest selects the desired accommodation, checks availability, and sends a booking request or completes an instant booking, depending on the host’s settings. After confirmation and payment, the booking becomes valid.

The platform charges a 2% commission on the total value of each completed reservation. The remaining amount is paid to the host. There are no hidden or additional fees.

4. Who pays the commission?

In terms of functionality, the platform offers a similar booking model, but with a significantly lower commission of 2%, providing more favorable conditions for hosts.
