In 2016, I purchased my first apartment, renovated it, and successfully rented it for both short-term and long-term stays before selling it. The next logical step was acquiring land and building a holiday home. Over the years, I have gained experience in property management, tourism, and real estate sales, while also working as a real estate agent.
