We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is clean, cozy, and has a beautiful view. The beach and a grocery store are just a short walk away. Wi-Fi was excellent, and the host was very friendly and always ready to help. There are quite a few steps to reach the apartment, but that’s normal in Dubrovnik.

Locatie is top, trappen naar beneden en je hebt een boulevard met eettentjes en cocktailbars. 5 minuten van bus nummer 6 die je naar de oude stad brengt, ideaal. Airco en bed zijn zalig, alles aanwezig, dus prima accomodatie.

Possibly not suitable if you are not mobile as lots of stairs, bit like everywhere in Croatia!! The owner is very responsive and helpful! Very beautiful apartments with a wonderful view from the balcony to the beach and mountains. The bed is big and very comfortable, lovely bed linen! The location is perfect - everything you need is just a hundred meters away - bus stop, beach, bars and restaurants, grocery store. I definitely recommend visiting the nearby restaurant Mamma Mia!

Le studio était très propre avec une très belle vue sur Lapad et la mer depuis le balcon plein sud au calme. Les équipements étaient parfaits (bonne literie - chambre et salle d’eau spacieuses - petite cuisine simple mais efficace), nous avions même un garage fermé pour notre véhicule. Le bus ligne 6 pour la vieille ville était au bout de la rue et l’accès à la plage était très facile malgré quelques marches. Merci à Blagoje et ses parents pour leur accueil.

Posizione ottima a 5 minuti dalla scogliera bellissima per fare il bagno, da una spiaggia adatta ai bambini, da una strada pedonale piena di locali e dal porto per fare il giro sulle isole. We loved staying here! We spent most nights out on the balcony and loved the view. We loved the location being in Lapad versus being in the busy old town. It was a fairly quiet street below and couldn't hear any road noise at all. it was a bonus having a garage for our hire car. only a 5-minute walk to the bus stop which takes you to old town. walking distance to the Tommy Market and to the main beach, It was beautiful every night for a swim. Just know there are a lot of stairs in Lapad.

Basically a perfect stay. The room was clean, comfortable and had all necessary amenities. It also comes with a balcony that has a good view of the sea! (Table and chairs too in case you want to take coffee or eat there). The location is excellent, the perfect place to relax and getaway from the hectic old town, with the Uvala beach just a few steps away, many restaurants nearby and a couple grocery stores easily accessible. Additionally there's one of the main ports close to the room, in case you want to take a tour, many boats depart from there. When we first arrived we thought it felt a bit too far from the old town, but then realized that it was a very good decision. You can easily reach it by bus, or taxi, and the bus station is less than a 5 minutes walk from the room. Luggage storage was allowed both pre check in and post check out, I appreciate it A LOT, lately not many places allow this, so it's definitely another great thing about this listing. The host was very kind, servicial and responsive, probably one of the best out there! Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful time in Dubrovnik. The apartment was perfectly clean, well equipped and the communication with our hosts as well as check in and out were super easy. Close to the apartment is a promenade alongside the sea with restaurants and stairs down to the water. The old town can be easily accessed by bus or by taxi within ten minutes. This wonderful apartment is perfect to explore Dubrovnik. It has a spectacular view. Perfectly located near a grocery store, bus stop to access old town easily, and near a beautiful swimming beach. It is an easy walk to the promenade, with many choices for restaurants and bars. Hosts were easy and quick to communicate. Excellent location and value!

El apartamento esta ubicado en zona tranquila y segura, cerca de bares y restaurantes. Die Wohnung ist sehr charmant und gemütlich, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Terrasse ist atemberaubend, fast genauso groß wie die Ganze Wohnung. Aber die Sonne scheint die meiste Zeit darauf, dass es trotz Markise langes Sitzen tagsüber unmöglich macht, zumindest wenn die Temperaturen bei 30 Grad liegen. Abends ist ist dagegen sehr angenehm. Lapad ist ein reiner Touristenort. Viele Hotels. Ich empfehle zum Essen keine Restaurants auf der Hauptstraße in der Fußgaengerzone zu besuchen, besser etwas abseits zu suchen. Für Fisch- und Meeresfrüchteliebhaber ist, zum Beispiel, Fishbar El Pulpo einfach und sehr gut.

We stayed at the apartment for 9 days. Hosts checked us in earlier than stated in the house rules - we really appreciated their flexibility :) The location is great, it is a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood not far from the Sunset beach (one of the best beaches in our opinion). Please be mindful that one needs to take a lot of steps (~195 depending on what stairs you’re taking :D) to get to the sea and back to the apartment. However, there is also a bit longer way to reach the apartment without steps. You will be rewarded with a stunning view from the apartment’s balcony! The apartment had everything we needed: air conditioner, fridge and a small freezer, drying rack, hairdryer, toiletries, multiple towels etc. Check-out was smooth, the hosts were very friendly. Thank you for the amazing stay! <3

I fully enjoy my stay and the place is simply amazing. Two steps away from the beach and a selection of restaurants just down the walk. I highly recommend it to anyone passing or planning to stay near the old town of Dubrovnik. Martina and Blagoje were very helpful and their hospitality was absolutely great.
