Apartment Palma is a charming holiday apartment situated in a picturesque village of Marina situated in the bay with the same name on the coast of central Dalmatia.
The apartment is located just 10 m from the sea and the nearest beach, while the historical UNESCO-protected center of town Trogir is 12km away. Apartment Palma is conveniently located in the vicinity of Split airport (17km) and the city of Split (36km), famous for the UNESCO protected palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian, while the nearest restaurants and grocery store are within walking distance.
This lovely small apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of 1 bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a double bed, and a kitchen with a dining table and chairs for four. The living /dining area has access to a sea-view terrace, ideal for having a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Apartment Palma, renovated in 2021., covers 35m2 and can accommodate a total of 2 persons. The apartment has a fantastic location with a coffee/ice cream bar and restaurants very close. The town center Marina is ca 250 meters away and connected to the apartment by a pleasant boardwalk. At the end of the boardwalk, there are outside training facilities.
Apartment Palma is equipped with an air conditioner, WiFi, TV, electric stove, oven, hood, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, washing machine, iron and an ironing board, baby cot, high chair, hair dryer as well as some basic soaps and hygiene products. Pets are allowed on request (an extra charge may apply).
