The apartment is located in Palit, the island of RAB, in an excellent location, near the attractive town of Rab, but at the same time quiet and accessible, near the sea, Rab marina, Komrčar nature park, sports center, shops, fish market, bank, post office, tourist services: restaurants, cafes, bars, pizzeria, all about 200 m away. It is inserted on the first floor of a beautiful villa with enough space for parking cars and boat trailers, terraces and a garden, with Mediterranean plants and fruits, equipped with tables, chairs, barbecue, children's swings, shower, garden furniture, deck chairs, umbrellas. The apartment can accommodate up to eight people, has an area of 100 square meters, independent entrance, covered veranda, hallway, 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, equipped with a four-burner stove, electric oven, double sink, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, set of pots and cutlery, glasses, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster. Satellite TV, wifi, air conditioning, two terraces with tables and chairs. Guests can use the shared terraces in the garden, equipped for main meals with tables, chairs and barbecue.
Pets are allowed for an additional cost of €9, per dog, per day.
