• Parking: Free parking is available to guests.
• Boat moorings : For boating enthusiasts, boat moorings are available in front of the house (on request).
• Surroundings: Near the house there are numerous restaurants, clubs, sports fields and the old city center.

• Rooms : Two bedrooms with double beds 160 cm and 180 cm wide.
• Kitchen/dining room : Fully equipped kitchen with dining area and seating area
• Bathroom: One modern bathroom.
• Balcony with a sea view : Enjoy the sunset with comfortable balcony furniture and an automatic awning for sun protection.
• Covered terrace : Relax on the terrace with seating furniture and a ceiling fan.
• Ideal for : Two people, or a family with two children, or max. 4 people.
