Selce is located on the edge of the Kvarner Gulf, approx. 40 km from Rijeka, on a picturesque coast.

This coastal town has a centuries-old tourist tradition, whose tourist destination enchants with its natural beauty, clean sea and air.

This part of Kvarner is especially known for being located on the windward side of the mixing of mountain and sea air. There is also a health center right next to it, and a little further on, a hospital for the treatment of respiratory organs.

The contact zone between the sea and the land is adorned by the beautiful "lungo mare" promenade.

The hinterland of the small town of Selce is pleasing to the eye with its green slopes with its promenades and marked bicycle paths up to 40 km long.

"Fishermen's evenings" with culinary specialties accompanied by the rhythms of local music give a particularly nice expression.

The apartment has a living room with a dining room, a double and triple room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet and a spacious terrace. The apartment has a free parking space in the shade of the yard. A grill located in the garden is also available to guests.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas/electric stove with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave and a coffee machine. Internet is included in the price, and the use of the air conditioner is charged €5/day.
