The tree house is about 12 m2, with a large front terrace. It has one room with a double bed, flat screen TV and all the necessary dining equipment. Also in this room are a fridge and a wardrobe. There is also air conditioning for hot summer days and nights. A small toilet is separated by a sliding door. The toilet contains a sink, toilet and shower.
On the terrace there is a dining table for eating and a comfortable area for relaxing. Also, next to the house, on the terrace, there is a small kitchen.

The beautiful island of Šolta is located a 50-minute ferry ride (people and vehicles) or a 20-minute catamaran ride (people only) from Split. This property is a 15-minute walk from the Rogač ferry port or just a few minutes by car. The main settlement of Grohote, with all the necessities for life (supermarket, local market with fresh fruit and vegetables, post office, ATM, pharmacy, local doctor), is a 20-minute walk away or just a 5-minute drive away. Therefore, the property's very accessible location is perfect for guests with or without a car.
