You are a lover of nature, the sea, you like walking, hiking, cycling. You create the rhythm of your vacation yourself and enjoy this wooden house in the rocky area that will win you over at first sight.

This glamping wooden house in the rocky area is 30 m2 in size, with a large front terrace overlooking the sea.
Upon entering the house, there is a wardrobe area that is connected to the bedroom, where there is a box spring bed measuring 160x200, a smaller work area, FLAT TV, a window with a view of the sea. The bathroom is separated by a door, modern and functionally equipped with a spacious shower.
The kitchen is a separate room decorated in an industrial style with an indoor dining island. It can be completely opened towards the terrace and become part of it. It is richly equipped with appliances, utensils and kitchen aids, a dishwasher, an induction hob with four heating plates and a refrigerator with a separate freezer.
There is a spacious dining table and comfortable chairs on the terrace, as well as deckchairs in the lounge area. Next to the terrace is a modern outdoor shower with heated water.
The house, which is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden, also has an outdoor kitchen with an electric grill, as well as a closed storage room for bicycles or sports equipment.
On the property itself there is also a small library, a 24-hour open bar, and a garden with Mediterranean herbs for free use.

The beautiful island of Šolta is located a 50-minute ferry ride (people and vehicles) or a 20-minute catamaran ride (people only) from Split. This property is a 15-minute walk from the Rogač ferry port or just a few minutes by car. The main settlement of Grohote, with all the necessities for life (supermarket, local market with fresh fruit and vegetables, post office, ATM, pharmacy, local doctor), is a 20-minute walk away or just a 5-minute drive away. Therefore, the property's very accessible location is perfect for guests with or without a car.
