The villa has been in our family for several years, built in a traditional Mediterranean stone style, nestled in a pine forest isolated from the crowds and people. Incredible views, pure nature, easy island life, Mediterranean cuisine and your own ECO-friendly property with a garden, just a few minutes walk from the coast where you can choose your own spot to enjoy the sun and sea.

This property can accommodate 6 adults and a child (baby, toddler or child from 2 to 12 years old).

Two separate apartments (110 square meters) with private terraces and beautiful sea views, connected by a large shared terrace perfect for relaxing with ocean views, views of the city of Split, the ferry port and Rogač Bay. This interesting accommodation offers you complete privacy in a peaceful setting on the beautiful island of Šolta. The accommodation includes a private entrance to the front yard with a large barbecue and a Mediterranean garden that gives you the feeling of being at home, making this property perfect for relaxing from the hustle and bustle of tourist destinations.

This could be your place to escape the crowded tourist spots and find your own piece of paradise. We offer an extra clean and sanitized property with super fast WiFi, comfortable for longer stays.
The apartment is also fully equipped with cleaning equipment and detergents and is available to guests and maintains high hygiene standards.
Extra bed linen and towels are available at any time.
The kitchen is disinfected after each check-out, and the necessary spices are in the kitchen (salt, paper, sugar).

The beautiful island of Šolta is located a 50-minute ferry ride (people and vehicles) or a 20-minute catamaran ride (people only) from Split. This property is a 15-minute walk from the Rogač ferry port or just a few minutes by car. The main settlement of Grohote, with all the necessities for life (supermarket, local market with fresh fruit and vegetables, post office, ATM, pharmacy, local doctor), is a 20-minute walk away or just a 5-minute drive away. Therefore, the property's very accessible location is perfect for guests with or without a car.
