The apartment is about 45m2/480 square meters with a terrace. It contains one large bedroom with a king size bed, flat TV and a large wardrobe. One large dining room with kitchen and toilet with shower. The apartment is air-conditioned.

The apartment is also fully equipped with cleaning equipment and detergents and is available to guests and maintains high hygiene standards.

The kitchen is disinfected after each check-out, and the necessary spices are in the kitchen (salt, paper, sugar).

The beautiful island of Šolta is a 50-minute ferry ride (people and vehicles) or a 20-minute catamaran ride (people only) from Split. This property is a 15-minute walk from the Rogač ferry port or just a few minutes by car. The main village of Grohote, with everything necessary for life (supermarket, local market with fresh fruits and vegetables, post office, ATM, pharmacy, local doctor), is 20 minutes away on foot or only 5 minutes by car. Therefore, the very accessible location of the facility is perfect for guests with or without a car.
