The holiday home is located in the canyon of the Kupa River on the border of Croatia and Slovenia, 50 meters from the beach. In the summer months, the water temperature reaches 28 ° C, and fishing is possible all year round. A bicycle path passes 500 meters from the house. Next to the house there is a covered terrace with a table for 10 people, a barbecue with a spit, a grill, a baking oven, a cauldron for stewing, a fish kettle.

On the ground floor there is a large living room with a table that can comfortably accommodate 15 people, a sofa, an armchair. For complete comfort in the winter months there is a tiled stove in the central heating system. Next to the living room there is a kitchen with dishes, a microwave, a hob and a dishwasher. On the same level in a separate area there is a main kitchen with a hob, a built-in oven, a fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, and a toilet with a washing machine. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a large room with pull-out beds for 3 people and a gallery. (The gallery is an open space with 4 beds) and a living room with a club set and a pull-out armchair (for 3 people), a fireplace and a television (SAT TV), a bathroom with a shower, a terrace with a beautiful view of the Kupa waterfall.
