DETACHED HOUSE WITH A BEAUTIFUL SEA VIEW

We are located in the small fishing village of Žman, near the sea coast, by the crystal clear sea. The island offers a peaceful getaway for people who avoid noisy resorts. Žman is a settlement and a small port on the northeastern coast of Dugi otok. 7 km northwest of the town of Sali. The older part of the settlement lies above the coast inland, while the newer part is by the Žmašćica bay. Off the coast are the islets of Krknata and Krava. The economy is based on agriculture, viticulture, fishing and tourism.

There are shops, a post office, a clinic, a tavern, a pizzeria, a buffet along the coast. In the town of Sali there is an ATM, a pharmacy, a clinic and a shop 7 km away. Gas station, shop, hydrofoil to Zadar 4 km away in Zaglav. Shop in Luka 1 km away.

The beach is concrete and pebbled for small children, there is a shower and shade from tamarisk trees on the beach.

In addition to swimming in the crystal clear sea, you can enjoy cycling and recreational running. Possible trips to the Telaščica National Park, a visit to the underground cave "Strašna peć", to the sandy beach Sakarun, Mežanj and a visit to the Veli Rat lighthouse and the Kornati National Park.

The 65 m2 apartment has two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster. Bathroom with a hairdryer, bed linen, a baby cot, air conditioning, free WiFi, TV channels including Slovenian channels, free private parking. Possibility to use an iron and a washing machine.
