I am renting a two-bed apartment in Kacjak near Dramalj, on the Crikvenica Riviera. Close to the sea, approximately 150 m.
The beaches are gravel and concrete, as well as natural rocks and natural stone.
Apartment 45 m2, consists of a living/dining room with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, balcony with a beautiful sea view.
Secured parking for one vehicle
Pets are allowed for a surcharge.

The rental price includes:
- rent an apartment for the night
- tourist tax

- final cleaning of the apartment and final laundry for stays of at least 5 nights
- stay of children up to 3 years old if they sleep in bed with their parents

The following is added to the rental price:
- use of washing machine - €5.00 / per wash
- pet stay – €10.00 / day
- cot rental – €10.00 / day
- final cleaning of the apartment for stays shorter than 5 nights – €45.00
- final laundry for stays shorter than 5 nights – €25.00
- stay of children aged 3 - 7 who sleep in bed with their parents - €10.00 / day
- for stays up to 3 nights the price increases by %

VAT is not included in the stated prices because the landlord is not in the VAT system.

The reservation is active after the deposit is paid.
The remainder of the apartment rental amount must be paid to the landlord's bank account no later than the day before entering the apartment.

On the day of arrival, entry into the apartment is possible after 2:00 PM.
On the day of departure, please leave the apartment by 10:00 am.
