Villa Paradise is a luxurious and elegant holiday villa situated in a quiet area on island Čiovo, conveniently located just 7 km from UNESCO protected center of town Trogir and 13 km from Split airport.
This superbly furnished villa which combines elegance and luxury with functionality is part of a newly built luxurious beachfront complex Golden, situated just 10 m away from the beautiful pebble beach and crystal clear sea with a breathtaking panoramic view of the coast, mountains and the city of Split, which can leave no one indifferent.
Villa Paradise consists of ground floor and first floor and covers the total of 260 m2 of living area. The villa has 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room with open concept kitchen,1 half-bath and can accommodate up to 8 persons.
The ground floor consists of a spacious living room equipped with high quality furniture and an indoor fireplace, dining area with a large dining table and chairs for 8 persons and well equipped luxurious open concept kitchen. Large sliding glass door lead from the living room and kitchen to the covered terrace with outdoor furniture and an outdoor grill overlooking the sea and the garden.
The first floor is designed as a resting area with 4 air conditioned bedrooms with king size beds and SAT-TVs and 3 bathrooms with showers. Two bedrooms have large French balconies with spectacular view of the sea, creating a feeling of waking up in a true Mediterranean paradise.
One of the highlights of this magnificent holiday villa is the garden and pool area, perfect for creating many memorable holiday moments with your loved ones. Relax in the private outdoor pool (35 m2) and jacuzzi or spend a day on the beach which is just a few steps away.
For those looking for a more active vacation, there is also a well equipped gym reserved for the guests of complex Golden.
Villa Paradise is fully air conditioned and equipped with SAT-TVs, Wi-fi, safe, iron and ironing board, washing machine, hair dryer, stove, oven, hood, refrigerator with freezer, dish washer, electric kettle and coffee maker. Baby cot and high chair, as well as berth for boats, are available on request. Guests are provided with 3 covered parking places. Pets are not allowed. The tourist tax is paid upon arrival in the amount of €2.50 per person per day. Guests will receive welcome drinks upon their arrival.
