Villa Golden C is a luxurious beachside holiday villa located on island Čiovo, just 7 km from historical UNESCO protected town Trogir connected to the island with a bridge and 10 km from Split airport.
This superbly decorated and elegant villa is part of a newly built luxurious beachfront complex Golden, situated just 10 m away from the beautiful pebble beach and crystal clear sea with a stunning panoramic view of the coast, mountains and the city of Split.
Villa Golden C stretches on the ground, first and second floor divided into 2 duplex suites with separate entrances. Villa covers 300 m2 of living area. Carefully designed interior and beautifully landscaped exterior perfectly combine elegance, style and luxury.
Villa Golden C consists of 6 double bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 half-bath, 2 well equipped kitchens and a spacious roof terrace with a breathtaking seaview. It is suitable accommodation for up to 12 persons.
The ground floor consists of a spacious and luxuriously furnished living room with dining area, open concept kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. Large glass door lead from the living room to the spacious terrace equipped with outdoor furniture overlooking the pool and the sea.
Indoor staircase leads to the first floor designed as a resting area with 3 modern bedrooms (two of which have a breathtaking seaview French balconies) with en suite bathrooms.
The second floor consists of the second living room with dining area and access to a beautiful seaview balcony, open concept kitchen and 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.
Guests of luxurious villa Golden C are welcome to use private outdoor swimming pool (24 m2) surrounded by sun loungers and a small garden, perfect for soaking in the sunshine during hot summer days. For those looking for a more active vacation, there is also a well equipped gym reserved for the guests of complex Golden.
Villa Golden C is fully air conditioned and equipped with SAT-TVs, Wi-fi, safe, iron and ironing board, washing machine, hair dryer, stove, oven, hood, refrigerator with freezer, dish washer, electric kettle and coffee maker. Baby cot and high chair, as well as berth for boats, are available on request. The tourist tax is paid upon arrival in the amount of €2.50 per person per day. Guests are provided with free parking.
