Apartment in Croatia Dalmatia, Sandy beach Dalmatia Zadar - small kitchen, shower. Ideal for 2 people. possibly with a child. 150 m to the sandy beach, air conditioning (extra charge), large covered balcony balcony 11m² SAT-TV, internet, barbecue, etc. (Airport transfer by arrangement). Air conditioning is not included in the price, if desired 5€ on site.

– HOUSE RULES –

– AND –
Guests are required to maintain the house and its equipment and, after the end of the rental period, return them to the hosts in the same condition they found them. In case of any damage, they will have to compensate for the damage.
– II –
Guests are asked not to dirty the walls and not to kill mosquitoes on the walls. In case of soiling, they will be charged for painting the entire room.
– III –
Guests are requested to keep the key entrusted to them safe. If they lose it, they will have to pay the cost of making three new keys plus the cost of replacing the lock. Likewise, guests are asked to lock the apartment upon leaving,
The host is not responsible for missing items and valuables.
– IV –
Guests are responsible for their own behavior inside the house. In the event of any accident, they bear the consequences themselves.
– V –
The rent for stays of up to four days is payable immediately upon arrival, and for longer stays, no later than the second day after arrival. If the guest decides to leave earlier than planned and has already paid for the stay, there is no refund.
– VI –
Smoking is allowed in the living room, but not in the bedroom. Guests are asked not to throw cigarettes in the wastebasket, and also to empty ashtrays into the toilet bowl in order to prevent fires. Guests are asked not to throw trash and cigarettes in the yard.
– VII –
The guest is obliged to respect the privacy, peace and safety of other guests. No noise is allowed after 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
– VIII –
It is forbidden to leave pets alone, unattended in the house. Pets must not disturb other guests, so it is best to keep them, especially dogs, on a leash. The pet owner is responsible for any accidents.
– XI –
The apartment is vacated by 10 am on the last day of stay, and a new arrival is possible after 11 am on the first day of stay (unless otherwise agreed). If the guest has friends coming to the apartment who would like to sleep over, this is possible if there are enough beds, provided that the hosts are notified of their arrival in advance, and each additional person pays an additional EUR 5 per person per day plus the tourist tax.

It is common for guests to bring hygiene supplies such as towels, toilet paper, soap, iron, mosquito nets, etc.
– XI –
Guests are asked not to take items from home to the sea, such as blankets, sheets, etc.
– XII –
By paying the reservation or the full price of the stay, the guest has accepted these house rules and is obliged to respect them.
