Villa Mama is located in the historical town centre with a variety of restaurants and shopping facilities. You will be even more delighted when you realize how close the villa is to the sea and a long sandy beach that stretches to the nearby cape. The villa was completely renovated in 2010. Sitting under an ancient defensive wall and the possibility of walking the wall, which can be accessed from the apartment on the second floor, represents a special attraction.

The villa comprises of three apartments on three levels (one apartment on each floor). The apartment on the second floor is accessible through outdoor stairs. To get to the apartment on the third floor, guests need to use the outdoor stairs, too, although second and third floors are connected with an indoor stairs.

All three apartments comprises of kitchen / dining / sitting area, two double bedrooms, one bathroom with a tub, and one additional WC with a washbasin. The sitting area and bedrooms are air conditioned. Each apartment has two additional folding beds, size 80 x 176 cm.

All bedrooms have a double bed (bed size 160 x 200 cm). One of the bedrooms on the first floor has an exit to a terrace, one of the bedrooms on the third floor has an exit to a balcony, while one of the bedrooms on the second floor has exits to a terrace and a balcony. Otherwise, bedrooms without terrace or balcony are equipped with a Cable TV set.

Please note that apartments are equipped with smart system solutions, which enables to enter the apartment with a key card. The card is required to turn on the air conditioning units, which means the A/C will turn off when you are leaving the apartment. Moreover, the A/C is also dependent of windows. A/C units won't work unless all windows are closed.

Regarding parking, since the villa is located in a pedestrian zone, the villa doesn't have a parking on premises. However, the owner compliments you with a parking space on a nearby public parking (not covered). The parking is located 450 metres from the villa (approximately 8 minutes walk).

Alternatively, for arrival and departure purposes, it's possible to park in a street near the villa (for up to 1 hour) which is approximately 130 - 200 metres away, depending on an available parking space, to take your luggage in to the villa (extra charges for the parking may apply).

Every guest is served a free coffee per day in caffe bar Bedem, located on the ground floor of the property. For staying 7 or more nights, the owner compliments you with a free dinner. The dinner is complimentary for every 7 nights of your stay. Please note that drinks are not included.
