Lovely apartment, well-equipped, served our family of four well. Easy to find and excellent communication from host. Several supermarkets close by. We travel by interrail and this is not far from the station (12m walk). The kids loved the toys and the setup of the beds, and the double bed in the other room was comfortable for us. Nice to have a choice of cushions. The Slovenian coffeepot (with instructions) was also a lovely touch.

L'appartamento è come in foto, pulito spazioso. Si trova a 10 minuti dal centro a piedi. È al terzo piano. Si apre il portone automanticamente. La temperatura interna è perfetta. Lo staff non l'abbiamo incontrato ma è stato molto premuroso tramite messaggi su booking e presente. In cucina c'è il microonde, il forno e tutto l'occorrente per cucinare bene.

L'appartement de Martina était très propre, bien situé, calme, bien décoré et aéré au troisième étage sans ascenseur. Les lits sont très confortables. A quelques minutes de marches de tous les lieux historiques. Épicerie au coin de la rue. A un 1 km. de la gare d'autobus pour l'aéroport. 4 euros , autobus numéro 28 en 30 minutes Martina répond rapidement à nos demandes. Le seul problème que nous avons est avec Airbnb qui demande toujours un contrôle de sécurité avec notre numéro de téléphone pour entrer sur son site et quand nous venons de l'extérieur, nous n'avons pas toujours accès à notre cellulaire, il faut se trouver une carte simm et le numéro de contrôle ne correspond plus.! C'est pourquoi, il est important d'avoir les coordonnées personnelles de notre hôte. Merci Martina

Martina's place is very spacious and very clean. The beds are really comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. Martina is a very responsive host. The location is close to the train station which was important for us - but the location is busy (also because it is close to the train station and next to a hospital). But the apartment itself is very quiet.

Appartamento un pò decentrato rispetto al centro della città , però in una posizione tranquilla e facilmente raggiungibile oltre che con un Supermercato a 50 metri da casa ( assolutamente impagabile ) Noi eravamo in moto , abbiamo potuto parcheggiare nel cortile interno che alla sera veniva chiuso con un cancello ( molto comodo e sicuro) e in 10 minuti di camminata tranquilla eravamo nel centro di Ljubljana La città è bellissima , piena di vita , di giovani e soprattutto pulitissima , assolutamente oltre le nostre aspettative

The apartment is very clean, beautifully maintained, and well equipped with all the amenities you could need for a relaxing stay. Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut und man kann sehr gut zu Fuß die Stadt erkunden. Damit war sie für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt perfekt. Der Zugang zur Wohnung war völlig unkompliziert, und die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin lief reibungslos und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hell und schön eingerichtet. Das Treppenhaus könnte eine Renovierung vertragen, aber das hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht wirklich gestört. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit, auch wenn wir nur eine Nacht dort waren. Der Preis ist aus unserer Sicht recht hoch, aber das scheint in Ljubljana wohl üblich zu sein. Insgesamt eine gute Erfahrung – danke für die Möglichkeit hier übernachten zu dürfen.

Wir haben eine halbe Stunde bevor wir in Ljubljana angekommen sind, erfahren dass unsere ursprüngliche Unterkunft storniert wurde. Wir haben dann ganz spontan dieses Apartment gebucht. Die Gastgeberin war sofort per Telefon zu erreichen und hat uns den schnellen spontanen Check In direkt ermöglicht. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt und wir waren sehr dankbar, so kurzfristig noch einen Schlafplatz gefunden zu haben.

Great location, short walk into centre along the river, flat was lovely, great for our 2 kids and had everything we could need. Martina was really quick to respond to any messages and was flexible about delaying our check out time and hour when our car rental was late. Highly recommend!

I stayed there with 3 friends for a night. We didn’t spend much time in the apartment but it is very spacious and cozy. It is close to city center, has parking along a nearby street and is overall great choice if you are travelling by car.

The apartment is nicely arranged, spacious and has excellent heating. A big plus if you are staying longer is that it has a dishwasher and a washer and dryer. The location is excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. The hosts are quick in communication and gave us all the necessary information so that we can easily enter the apartment. All recommendations and if we come again we will be happy to stay there again.

We loved it here! Such a welcoming space. It made us feel right at home. The kids loved that there were toys, my husband loved that there was big beer glasses, and I loved the personal touches. 😄 Everything was well thought out and smartly labelled. It was great to have a washer and a dryer, too. The digital keys worked great. Shops very close by, and a short walk to the old town. Perfect!

Great place, ideal for families. There is everytnig you need, even gor longer stay. Excelent location. Near is big supermarket. Dragon’s bridge is only 7-8 minutes of easy walking and from there you can start your sigtseeng. Definately coming back, we really enjoyed.

This apartment is fantastic, right near downtown Ljubljana. The bedrooms are excellent sizes with a comfortable seating area in the larger one. The beds are of superior quality and it was such a benefit to have black out blinds on the windows! The kitchen is cozy/welcoming and accessing the apartment was a breeze. The nearby restaurants/bakeries are phenomenal, there are grocery stores within walking distance, easy bike sharing on the corner, and a kind/communicative host. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again!

Martina was a great host, comminication was great and checking in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The web-based door lock system was easy to use however the inner door needed to be pulled slightly before unlocking. Inside, the apartment was finished to an exceptionally high standard but there were a few items that let the place down. 1. The shower leaks and floods the bathroom - the door for the shower room is missing and water gets out. 2. The water heater is not big enough for an appartment that serves 4 people. Only two can shower before the hot water runs out and then it is 2 hours before the water is hot again. 3. The photos show 2 single beds in the slmaller room which is what we wanted, rather than a double bed. The description is correct but the photos of the small room are wrong. 4. The bed in the master bedroom is very squeaky when you turn over in the night Overall it is a very nice apartment but with a little work it could be exceptional.

An ideal place to stay in the main city and it got the first part of our stay in Slovenia off to a good start. The apartment has everything you need and is perfectly located, close to the train and bus station and just a brisk walk from the central area and the old town. Martina kept us well informed about access and throughout the stay. The apartment is on the third floor with no lift so bear this in mind before you book, if this would cause difficulties. Highly recommended.

Bell’aopartamento spazioso, ristritturato e ben accessoriato. Si trova in condominio appena fuori dal centro di Lubiana raggiungibile a piedi in 10 min. Parcheggio chiuso a pagamento molto vicino anche se un po’ caro. L’appartamento si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore ma le scale sono ampie e si passa bene. Al nostro arrivo mancava delle lenzuola ma parlando telefonicamente con la referente ( molto gentile) siamo riusciti a trovarle!
