The entrance hall leads to an air-conditioned living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. There is also a sofa bed that offers a sleeping place for 1 person. Guests can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on a shaded balcony. There is a table with chairs and sun loungers.

One bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both are cooled by a common air-conditioning unit located in the living room.

Guests have one bathroom with a shower at their disposal.

The nearest beach is distanced by about 900m. It is a sandy beach, partially with gravel. The coast is flat with a gentle descent to the sea and the waters here are shallow and warm.

City beach Privlaka - 1,9 km

Cape beach - 2,7 km

Prezida beach, Vir -2,9 km

Sabunike beach - about 3 km, sandy beach with a gentle descent to the sea.

Kraljičina beach - 5,5 km, famous sandy beach with a gentle descent to the sea.

Ždrijac beach - 7 km. It is a part of Nin's sandy lagune that can be compared to a large bay with warm water and gentle descent to the sea. There is a windsurfing center.

Both beaches in Nin have parking so tourists can easily reach them by car.

The entire coast in Privlaka-Sabunike-Nin is a favorite place for families with children. The specificity of these beaches with shallow, rapidly warming waters means that you can take a bath here long before and after the main tourist season.

The nearest grocery is 600m from the house, a cafe bar is about 2 km and a restaurant is 1.8 km away. The best choice of gastronomic points, shops, and services can be found in the center of Nin, about 5km far.

To reach our property, exit the A1 motorway at the Zadar I exit (Zadar zapad) and head for Nin/Privlaka/Vir.
