It was a great stay. Good location and clean with a very convenient shop just outside the door. Good central location for walking to all locations. However there were a few safety and convenience issues with the plugs in the kitchen not working. We had to use hot kettles, sandwich makers and coffee makers in inconvenient places. Also the one set of sockets were loose and need fixing, to the wall in the bedroom. Also the civer to the boiler was loose and off... Having said that, it was a very enjoyable stay.

Alloggio pulito, ordinato, con tutto l’occorrente necessario. Il giardinetto era meraviglioso, la cucina ben attrezzata, come anche le camere da letto e ovviamente il bagno . La casa è distante da old town a piedi, ovvero il centro storico, ma in una posizione comoda per raggiungere la promenade di Lapad che è una bellissima zona sul mare, in circa 25 minuti a piedi, per il resto è stato necessario muoversi con Uber, che lì a Dubrovnik è molto economico. Avremmo preferito un minimo di elasticità nel check-out e non una precisione rigida nell’orario previsto, ma per il resto è andato tutto perfettamente e abbiamo apprezzato davvero tanto l’alloggio.

Toto ubytování bylo úplně úžasné, čisté, postele pohodlné, myčka na nádobí k dispozici s s kapslemi. Prostorná veranda a dokonce i whirpoolka na terase, kde jsme se dívali na hvězdy. Tady bych se ráda ještě někdy vrátila

De woning was erg mooi alleen op de foto’s leek het veel groter dan dat het daadwerkelijk was. De woning is in een lokale plek gevestigd, Waardoor wij veel te maken hadden met de locals. Deze waren niet altijd even vriendelijk. Wij hebben gehad dat een van onze buren zelf water gooide van boven naar ons beneden omdat het avondtijd was maar vrijdag avond. Het bed viel ook een keer half uit elkaar Bij aankomst lekte de douche ook maar dit is wel gelukkig heel snel opgelost. De communicatie tussen de host (Martina) was wel heel fijn en snel. Als er iets mis was werd het snel opgelost Verder is het een hele goed gelegen plaats. Vlak bij supermarkt, strand, bushalte en meer.

Beautiful apartment. Plenty of room for the three of us. The outdoor seating was a wonderful addition. Just over a km to the beach which was a pleasant walk. Old town was close and cheap to get there by Uber. Plenty of restaurants in old town and by the docks. The air conditioning was very welcome on the hotter days. The local shop just outside the door.

A lovely apartment with a supermarket next to the apartment block. Easy to get an Uber to the old town or walk to Lapad Beach. Everything was in working order, the hot tub is in the second outdoor area off one of the bedrooms. There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke as others have also said in their reviews but it wasn’t overwhelming. The apartment was very clean and tidy with good air conditioning. Martina was very quick to respond to messages, helping us to book transport from the airport on arrival. This made getting to the apartment very easy.

The apartment is located in a residential district, close to a small park and a supermarket (very good pastries!!). We had everything we needed provided for us with the exception of a drainer for the kitchen sink which would have been really useful. An Uber into the old town cost between €6-11 and was an easy way to get around if you didn’t fancy the walk.

This was a beautiful, clean and convinient place. We managed to find parking always next to the apartment...though tight. Small supermarket next to the apartment where one can get daily groceries. The apartment had spacious bedrooms and bathroom. There is also a small private furnished court yard where one can sit and relax. There is also cooling and heating that works. Marta and Ivan were very helpful with the information we needed, and they always replied to calls and messages. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to explore Dubrovnik.

great location as it's so close to the oldtown and it has a supermarket right beside it too, our host was always fast to reply and organised a taxi transfer from the airport for us which was great. the apartment had everything we needed and it was only five minutes in a taxi to the oldtown. it would be perfect perfect for couples or adults, there are a couple of steps to get to the apartment so getting the buggy in and out was a little tricky but other than that it was a great stay

Heldere communicatie en fijn contact. We konden eerder in het appartement omdat er al was schoongemaakt, wat heel fijn was. We kregen ook een document met tips om te doen. De woonkamer is een beetje klein voor 5 personen, maar daar hoefde we ook niet veel te zijn. Supermarkt zit naast het appartement wat top was voor ontbijtjes! Het is wel een stukje lopen naar Dubrovnik stad, wat wij niet gedaan hebben vanwege de hitte. Er is wel goede busverbinding en genoeg taxi’s. Zeker een aanrader!
