There’s a handy outdoor kitchen, perfect for preparing a variety of Mediterranean dishes, allowing you to enjoy culinary delights in the fresh air. Part of the terrace is covered, offering shade on hot summer days and a cozy atmosphere for relaxing evenings.
On the ground floor of the villa, there is a bright and spacious living area that includes a modern kitchen, dining area, and living room. The living space is air-conditioned to ensure a pleasant stay in all seasons. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, and stovetop. For your convenience, basic kitchen supplies, cookware, tableware, and glasses are provided.
The dining area features an elegant table for six, ideal for shared meals with family or friends. Next to the dining room is the spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, which can be converted into an extra bed for two if needed.
