Villa Flora is an authentic stone villa located in the quiet, dead-end historic town of Rakovci near Poreč. It is an ideal place for nature lovers with beautiful sea views and also for those who love an active holiday. Villa Flora with its surroundings is a place to relax and enjoy your holiday. Unique, charming and comfortable, decorated with natural and modern materials with walnut and oak furniture give you a cozy and warm feel.
Villa Flora is surrounded by 2000 m2 estate with olive trees and flower beds. On the same property with a 180 m2 large villa, there is an outdoor grill with the gazebo and the table where can comfortably enjoy up to 6 people. You can relax in a private outdoor pool, indoor family wellness with a two-person sauna with chromotherapy and jacuzzi system.
The villa has its own tennis court with artificial grass. On the ground floor of the villa, there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with fireplace. Three bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor with their spacious bathrooms, two of which have a bathtub as well as the shower.
Rooms are spacious so there is a possibility of placing a baby bed if needed. The rooms on the first floor have a terrace with a nice baldachin bed and a great sea view.
