An ample estate has 700 m2 and the villa itself 270 m2. The highlight of the plot is an attractive terrace-set pool of 50 m2 surrounded by beach chairs. Here you can unwind by sunbathing after a jump in the pool, followed by an impressive view of the Brac island.

The exterior is also enhanced by the romantic alfresco dining area behind the villa, offering plenty of shade during the hot day. Here you can enjoy the traditional Dalmatian barbecue meals, enriched with a glass of superb wine of this region. Socializing at the alfresco dining area will remind you of the traditional Dalmatian konoba. In case you have never been to konoba, we recommend visiting at least once during your stay. They offer delicious homemade food.
