APARTMENT FOR TWO WITH SEA VIEW - ISLAND OF SOLTA

Villa Zdena is located on the beautiful island of Šolta, the nearest island only 20 minutes away by speedboat from Split. Villa Zdena offers a range of 5 accommodation options for guests, all located in a peaceful environment, just a few steps from the beach and the crystal clear Adriatic Sea. It is also close to the ferry and the city center. Everything you need for your vacation and more is available at Villa Zdena with the guidance of Luka as your friendly host.

The villa has been in our family for several years, and this year it was completely renovated to provide you with the comfort of a home away from home. My mother, who has a master's degree in fine arts, not only created the overall design of the renovation, but personally took care of every detail in every room to give our villa a sense of comfort, warmth and serenity.
Villa Zdena estate is an ECO-friendly estate, so we recycle and keep our nature and the beautiful island of Šolta green and clean :)

This beautiful 25m2 apartment has a 7m2 terrace with a sea view. It is a one-room apartment with a bathroom, a small dining room and a kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed, a flat TV and a small wardrobe. The apartment is air-conditioned.

On the terrace, there is a larger table for eating and relaxing, and a deckchair where you can enjoy reading a book or browsing the Internet. So after a great day of sightseeing, the balcony is the perfect place to reflect on the day while enjoying a cold drink in the afternoon sun.

The apartment has a free parking space, so you don't have to worry about that.

Internet router covers the entire apartment; you have free and fast wireless internet, which is a rarity on the Croatian islands.

This could be your place to escape the crowded tourist spots and find your own piece of paradise. We offer an extra clean and disinfected property with super fast WiFi, comfortable for longer stays.
The apartment is also fully equipped with cleaning equipment and detergents and is available to guests and maintains high hygiene standards.
Extra bed linen and towels are available at any time.
The kitchen is disinfected after each check-out, and the necessary spices are in the kitchen (salt, paper, sugar).

The beautiful island of Šolta is a 50-minute ferry ride (people and vehicles) or a 20-minute catamaran ride (people only) from Split. This property is a 15-minute walk from the Rogač ferry port or just a few minutes by car. The main village of Grohote, with everything necessary for life (supermarket, local market with fresh fruits and vegetables, post office, ATM, pharmacy, local doctor), is 20 minutes away on foot or only 5 minutes by car. Therefore, the very accessible location of the facility is perfect for guests with or without a car.
