The villa is a luxury multi-storey building ideal for up to ten people, which can be accommodated in five luxurious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with a heated floor. Villa is adorned with many terraces and relaxation areas with a large outdoor pool. The second floor bedroom of course offers the best view, but the exit to the spacious terrace will also delight you with the spectacular view of the city and the blue Adriatic in the background. You can enjoy the view from the villa from two comfortable loungers or from the jacuzzi. What should definitely be emphasized are the energy and environmental aspects of the villa. Heating is provided by firewood, electricity, gas or solar panels. Attention to ecologically renewable energy sources is very important here, so the villa has a water flow meter, waste recycling and energy-saving lights. On the ground floor there is a spacious and modern living room, next to the kitchen, and whoever wants to regenerate a bit can do so in the sauna. Fourlegged family members are also welcome in the villa.
