An absolutely wonderful time. My family and I were so very pleased and happy with our stay. Very comfortable and so so close to everything. The views were absolutely incredible. And the balcony was so lovely. We can say enough about our time and stay but …. Thanks so very much for making this an awesome experience for a Canadian family!!!!

We stayed eight nights in this apartment and really appreciated the location. The apartment is in a very old building that has multiple uses including apartments and a restaurant on the first level. The views are absolutely spectacular, especially from the fifth floor terrace. With these views come street noise as there are many eateries and the harbor. As a result we closed our windows when we slept. The downside is that the air conditioner is located in the kitchen area so the main bedroom stays cool, but the bedroom with the futon and bunkbeds doesn't benefit much. Fortunately we found a floor fan in the fifth floor apartment to use in the fourth floor bunk room. The fifth floor apartment is very cute and has a lovely terrace, but does NOT have a bathroom so we didn't use it except to access the terrace. The housekeeping service prepared the space adequately, but forgot to provide toilet paper and sheets for the second bed. The ELIM agency quickly addressed the problem. Housekeeping also does not seem to provide attention to details like cleaning spider webs. The stairwell heading up to the apartment is VERY dark in the evening and the light that one can turn on in the building entrance only remains on for 60 seconds. Fortunately we noticed that there is dimly lit switch on some of the floors that you can use to turn the lights back on, but if you are in the middle of the stairs and don't have a light handy it is nearly impossible to see. Because the building is old, the stairs are in various states of repair/disrepair so be careful and carry a light with you at night. Compared to other old buildings we visited, this building's stairwell and the stairs themselves are less cared for and not well maintained. I do recommend this apartment as it met our needs and was well stocked for cooking, eating and had plenty of towels for showering and going to the sea. The ELIM agency was very helpful and we greatly appreciated their responsiveness to all of our requests, including transportation upon departure.
