Outside, guests can use a 15 m² swimming pool with a depth of 1.14 m, umbrellas, sun loungers and an outdoor shower, plus a covered terrace with a dining table and gas barbecue. Two air conditioners are located in the living room and hallway.

Located on a large property (4000 m2) in a small Istrian village is the house Maria, which can accommodate up to 8 guests (6 on beds, 2 on a sofa bed).
The accommodation unit is equipped with a swimming pool (15 m2, depth 1.14 m), umbrellas, sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
You can spend the most beautiful moments on the covered terrace with dining table and gas barbecue.

The house is new, modern, spacious and well designed. There are three bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room, pantry, laundry room -.
all on the first floor. There are two air conditioners in the living room and hallway.
