Labin, the nearest town, is an 18-minute drive, boasting numerous supermarkets, restaurants, cafeterias, and a bustling marketplace. The idyllic resort town of Rabac, with its stunning pebble beaches, expansive promenade, lively cocktail bars, and enticing boat excursions, is a scenic 23-minute drive away.

LIVING ROOM

KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The fully equipped kitchen and dining area feature a heated floor and a large dining table for eight. Appliances include a generous fridge, freezer, stove, oven, toaster, grill sandwich toaster, water kettle, electric orange juicers, filter and Nespresso coffee machines, microwave, hand mixer, and a hand blender. Children’s dinnerware is also provided. Adjacent to the kitchen is a practical storage/laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing set.

BEDROOMS
Three comfortable bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom, offer smart SAT televisions with complimentary Netflix accounts. Enjoy the ultimate in comfort with king-size beds (180×200 cm), adorned with damask bed linen for a truly opulent bedtime experience. All bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets on each window, and a guest bathroom is conveniently located near the living room. A section of the gym is designed as a sleeping area, featuring a queen-size bed (160×200 cm), a shower, and a balcony.

BATHROOMS
Two en suite bedrooms are situated on the first floor, while the third en suite bedroom is on the ground floor. All bathrooms feature walk-in showers, and one bathroom is equipped with a bidet. An outdoor shower with cold and warm water is located on the deck area.

The covered outdoor kitchen with a sink and a fireplace area is accessible via the kitchen on the ground floor.
