Set on two floors, this stone villa in Murvica offers three air-conditioned bedrooms and three bathrooms for 6–8 guests. The ground floor includes a living room with a sofa that turns into a bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen and dining, and one bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom and direct access to the pool terrace. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms with private bathrooms. Outside you’ll find a 28 m² swimming pool with deck chairs and an outdoor shower, plus a covered outdoor kitchen with stove, sink, barbecue and dining furniture. Wi‑Fi and Smart TVs are available throughout, and private parking is provided. The sea is about 150 m away; Murvica center is about 150 m, and Bol is 5 km. Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00. A damage deposit of €300 is payable on arrival.

Entering the property in front of you, you will find the beautiful stone terrace of the villa, which combines the elements of stone, sun and sea creating an oasis of peace. The stone terrace consists of a swimming pool of 28 m2, which is surrounded by deck chairs and a shower. There is also a covered outdoor kitchen area of 32 m2, which is equipped with a stove, sink, barbecue and outdoor dining furniture. However, the most exquisite part of the property that will leave you breathless is the stunning view of the deep blue sea.

On the air-conditioned ground floor of this beautiful villa, you will find a modern living room with a sofa that can be stretched into a bed for 2 people. The living room is equipped with a Smart LED TV. The ground floor also completes the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, electric kettle, juicer, crockery, cutlery and beverages, as well as a dining table.

On the ground floor of the villa, there is also an air-conditioned bedroom (12 m2) and an en suite bathroom (4.5 m) with a shower. This room is equipped with a Smart TV, wardrobe, and decorative desk with a stool and it has direct access to the terrace with the swimming pool.

Internal stairs lead to the first floor of the villa (60 m2), where you will find 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms. One bedroom has an area of 12 m2 and has 2 single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers, Smart TV and air conditioning. The bedroom has its own en suite bathroom of 5 m2 with a shower. This room is separated from the other by a small chamber area of 3 m2. The other bedroom has an area of 35 m2 and consists of a wardrobe, double bed, decorative desk with mirrors, Smart TV and air conditioning. The room has a view of the south and west, which means that it has a beautiful sea view. This room has its own en suite bathroom of 5 m2 with a shower.

The villa is equipped with an interior kitchen, which includes: a fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, electric kettle, juicer, crockery, cutlery and beverages; an outdoor kitchen, which includes: a stove, sink, barbecue and outdoor dining furniture; and a pool, which is equipped with deck chairs and an outdoor shower. All the bathrooms include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and toilet paper. The villa has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a cot and high chair for a child. Towels for the pool and beach are provided. The villa also has private parking spaces for its guests.

Distance from the sea is 150 meters, 150 m from the center of Murvica, and 5 km from the town of Bol.
