Upstairs are three bedrooms (two king-size beds and one room with two twin beds) with en-suite bathrooms with showers and LCD TVs. A separate wellness section offers an indoor pool (16 m²) and a sauna with a bathroom, with access to a 35 m² terrace overlooking the sea. Wi‑Fi, LCD SAT TVs, video intercom, and a relaxation zone with fitness bike and multifunctional exercise equipment are also available. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is at 10:00. A €500 security deposit is required, and pets are accepted for an extra fee.

The ground floor of the villa is composed of a modern kitchen with a dining area, spacious living room equipped with comfortable leather sofas and LCD TV. From this area, there is an exit onto the beautiful stone terrace, which is beautifully landscaped with Mediterranean plants. Sitting and dining furniture make this a perfect place to completely enjoy fabulous sunsets and the sea view. An extremely harmonious and elegant interior is enriched with beautiful art pieces. The interior is magnificently expressed through the blend of modern and Mediterranean styles. Here, you will also find a wonderful green atrium, as well as a toilet for guests.

The first floor of this truly attractive property consists of 3 bedrooms; two of them have king size beds and one has two twin beds. These modernly furnished bedrooms have a stunning sea view and they are equipped with bathrooms and LCD TVs.

A separate wellness space is reserved for relaxation and consists of an indoor pool (16 m2) and a sauna with a bathroom. This floor also has access to a terrace of 35 m² overlooking the sea.

The front side of Villa Biseri Jadrana 4 is made entirely of glass, which emphasizes its transparency and idyllic interior. The villa offers a beautiful view of the enchanting Adriatic Sea, nearby islands and lush vegetation.
