The residential area of the villa consists of a modernly equipped kitchen with a dining area and a spacious living room with stylish leather sofas and LCD TV. Just a few steps away from the residential area lies the relaxation area which consists of a beautiful, large half-covered swimming pool (pool has indoor and outdoor area, 20 m2, depth 135 cm) with deck chairs for relaxing and there is also a sauna. This area is covered by a beautiful stone terrace, which is beautifully landscaped with Mediterranean plants. Sitting and dining furniture make this a perfect place to completely enjoy fabulous sunsets and the sea view. An extremely harmonious and elegant interior is enriched with beautiful art pieces. Here, you will also find a wonderful green atrium, as well as a garage with 2 parking spaces.

The staircase will lead you to the first floor of this luxurious building, which consists of 3 bedrooms. One is the master bedroom with a double bed and the other two bedrooms also have double beds. Each of these modern bedrooms has a stunning view of the sea and they are equipped with bathrooms and LCD TVs.
