A 3-bedroom villa in the Pazin area for up to 8 guests, set on a 1,000 m² yard. Inside, you’ll find a bright living area with a modern kitchen and dining space, plus a wood stove. The pool complex includes a 9 × 4 m swimming pool and jacuzzi, covered by a large glass dome with UV protection for swimming in many seasons. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and a private sauna, while the two additional bedrooms share a modern bathroom; you can also access a rooftop terrace with views over green hills and vineyards. Underfloor heating and air-conditioning in all rooms support a comfortable stay year-round, with Starlink internet and an electric car charging station available. Check-in is after 15:00 and check-out by 10:00. A €200 security deposit is paid one week before arrival and refunded after departure if no damage occurs.

When the weather is sunny, the space under the dome naturally heats up – in winter the air can reach up to 36 °C, the pool water never drops below 25 °C, and the jacuzzi is always pleasantly warm at 36 °C.
