Villa Aqua is a new luxurious and elegant holiday villa situated in a quiet area of village Slatine on island Čiovo, conveniently located just 7 km from UNESCO protected city of  Trogir and 13 km from Split airport.

This superbly furnished villa is part of the beachfront complex, Golden. It blends elegance, luxury, and functionality. Situated just 30 meters from a stunning pebble beach and crystal-clear sea, the villa offers an awe-inspiring panoramic view of the coast, mountains, and Split.

Villa Aqua consists of the basement, ground floor, first floor, and second floor and covers a total of 280 m2 of living area. The villa has 3 double bedrooms, 3 ensuite bathrooms, a living room with an open concept kitchen,3 half-baths, and can accommodate up to 6 people. In one of the rooms with a double bed, there is also a bunk bed, providing accommodation for 2 additional small children.

In the basement, you can find a laundry room, a small gym, a Turkish sauna, and half bath. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room adorned with high-quality furniture, a dining area boasting a large table and chairs for 8 persons, complemented by a well-equipped, luxurious open-concept kitchen. Large sliding glass doors lead from the living room and kitchen to the terrace. This inviting space is furnished with outdoor furniture providing views of the sea and the garden.

The first floor is a resting area with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has a king-size, SAT-TV and work desk.

One of the highlights of this magnificent holiday villa is the garden, private heated pool (32 m2) and pool area, perfect for creating many memorable holiday moments with your loved ones.

On the second floor, there is a summer kitchen with an outdoor gas grill, a table and chairs for 8 people, a jacuzzi for 4 people, and a half bath. Guests can enjoy the sunset here while having dinner.

Villa Aqua in Slatine has full air conditioning. It offers amenities such as SAT TVs, Wi-Fi, a safe, an iron, and an ironing board. Additionally, it accommodates a washing machine, dryer and a hair dryer. The kitchen equipment includes stove, oven, hood, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Baby cot and high chair are available on request. Guests are provided with 3 parking places. The tourist tax is paid upon arrival in the amount of €2.50 per person per day. Pets are not allowed.
