ROCCO 2 Mobile Home 4 is a 3 star Mobile home. It is located in Banjole - small village 5 km from the town of Pula, 15 minutes walking distance from town centre and 1 km from the nearest beach. Interior size is 40 m2 and terrace is 20 m2. It is located on floor: 0. The accommodation has one air conditioner. Air conditioning is located in the living room. Bed linen are provided by the accommodation itself. In the courtyard of the house, all guests have on disposal a shared swimming pool. The pool is filled with salt water. There is a possibility to use BBQ in the courtyard of the house.

PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.

ADDITIONAL COST: Please pay attention that the TOURIST TAX is paid extra 1.4 € per person per night. 

BED DESCRIPTION: 2 double beds + 1 sofa bed

MAXIMUM GUESTS: 6 person

CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bed. Babycot is provided upon request and it is charged 10 € /day.

PETS: One pet is allowed and extra charge is 10€ per night. The surcharge is paid upon arrival in cash. If you have more than 1 pet, send a request to check if it is possible to make an exception.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT AMOUNT IS 200 € -  Damage deposit is required upon arrival. At Check-out, if there will be no damage in the accommodation, the full amount will be returned.
