The 670 m2 Villa Kalada with an indoor area of 100m2 offers accommodation to 10 guests in four tastefully decorated bedrooms with double beds. Two of the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while guests of Villa Kalada will have two additional bathrooms with a shower and other bathroom necessities at their disposal. The open space of Villa Kalada features a kitchen and a living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen utensils and appliances guests might need for the preparation of gourmet meals. The kitchen has a kitchen half-island used as an indoor dining area, where four people can be seated at. The cozy living room with blush pink accents is furnished with a sofa bed, where 2 guests can sleep, and satellite TV.

The courtyard of Villa Kalada features a meticulously landscaped lawn with lush Mediterranean vegetation. Adorned with some creative flower arrangements and fairy lights, the courtyard looks like a magical garden from a Disney fairytale. The main attraction of the courtyard is without a doubt the 27m2 swimming pool surrounded by sun-loungers and parasols. Furthermore, you will be able to enjoy some meals from the grill on the outside dining area for 8 on the terrace of the villa. Children will not have a dull moment during their stay at the villa, since there is an entire playground on the property of Villa Kalada including a trampoline for a bit of extra fun. The entire property of Villa Kalada is fully fenced giving its guests complete privacy during their stay, as well as a private parking space on the property for guests arriving by car.

The first royal town in Croatia Nin (13km) offers many beaches along its lagoon in addition to its rich cultural and historic heritage. Because of its winds, the Nin Lagoon is ideal for surfing and paragliding, while the sand of beaches such as the Queen’s Beach makes the perfect place for a beach volleyball match. Furthermore, you can take a riding course or participate in therapeutic riding in Nin, or visit the nearby donkey farm reachable by a bicycle. The historic center of Zadar (13km) offers numerous summer events, museums, one-of-a-kind tourist attractions, and a rich gastronomic offer in some of the best restaurants in the region.
