On this private location, away from the crowds, you will find peace and carefree vacation with your family, friends or with your loved one. The villa includes an outdoor area that occupies 15000m2.
There is a modern heated swimming pool (36m2) in the yard of the Villa Astria perfect for enjoying the outdoors or for a refreshing swim with the family. Here, complete privacy is is guaranteed. The exterior and interior of the villa combines luxury and modern details that will leave you breathless and it can comfortably accommodate 12 guests in fully furnished modern bedrooms with extra large double beds and ensiute bathrooms.
Huge living room it's ideal for relaxing, and dining area with large table and superbly equipped kitchen will challange you to prepare some delicious meals for your family or friends. In addition, the villa on the ground floor has a private spa with jacuzzi and sauna, as well as a space for table tennis / billiards activities.
In the closed yard that provides intimacy, in addition to the swimming pool and sun deck surrounded by sun loungers there is a large wooden table on the terrace, barbecue and a tennis / soccer playground, mini golf together with a small playground for children.
It is located near the famous old town of Nin and is about 10 km from Zadar, as well as to the first beach.
Apart from the Mediterranean atmosphere, you are only 20 km away from the Velebit mountain as well as from the famous river Zrmanja where you can participate in active sports such as rafting.
IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:
CHECK IN time is from 4 PM.
CHECK OUT time is until 10 AM.
- Security damage deposit is 500,00 EUR in cash upon your check in.
- Young groups are accepted with previous requests and the damage deposit is 500,00 € per guest upon arrival.
- For visits lasting longer than 7 days, we change the bedroom sheets and bathroom towels every 7 days.
- Pets are not allowed!
- Baby bed can be provided only with a previous request.
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00, please be respectful of this!
- No parties and loud music during your stay!
