Great apartment in a quiet location. We were given a lovely welcome with plenty of nice food and drink. We had a 2 year old with us who had a great time and enjoyed running about in the garden. 20 minute walk into town and easy to access northern beaches such as Nin and Zaton by car. Would go back - loved it!

We had a wonderful stay in Zadar and the apartment could not have been nicer. Spotlessly clean and very spacious. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Zadar. It is a pleasant 20 minutes walk down to the old town. We took in a sunset sail which was fabulous. Thank you so much .

Vi var mycket nojda med Josips boende och det var gott om plats fast att vi var 7 personer. allt stAomde mycket vAol med beskrivningen. Det enda negativa var att wi-fi var lite lA?ngsamt sA? vi anvAonde vA?r egen surf for det mesta. "Es war für uns die schonste Ferienwohnung bisher, die absolut genau den Bildern entspricht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und immer für Rat und Tat beiseite. Wir waren zwei Familien mit je zwei Kindern und die Wohnung hat Platz für uns alle geboten. Wir hatten einen wunderschonen Urlaub in der wirklich tollen Stadt Zadar. [nbsp]We stayed here in a group of 7 and were so comfortable. The apartment is decorated beautifully and the large settee was perfect to chill on after coming in from a day at the beach. The 0ld Town is in walking distance (20/25 minutes) and there is a Lidl nearby. The hosts also gave us a welcome gift which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful apartment. The hospitality was much appreciated after a long journey. The apartment had lots of homely touches and was a lovely place to chill after a busy day sightseeing and on the beach. You really have thought of everything with added extras like the mosquito plugs and first aid kit. a supermarket is close by and the town is within walking distance. Plenty of lovely beaches to visit within a short drive.

The flat is veeeery spacious, we loved it! If you are looking for a hub in order to explore Zadar, we definitely recommend Josip's place. It's also very calm and quiet, however, it's a bit hidden and a car is definitely an advantage (Uber works fine too though)! Josip and Matteo were simply fantastic hosts! They were very relaxed about our delay arriving yet met us when we finally did arrive and were very helpful answering all our questions during the check in. The apartment is spacious and modern, including all required kitchen utensils and cookware for those looking to regularly cook at home. The air conditioner and chilled/heated water dispenser were invaluable during our stay and our group of friends agreed the welcoming gift left in the fridge (and the sweets!) were a very nice touch. The balcony with a separate dining table was wonderful and made breakfast all the more enjoyable given the incredible view and shaded location in the morning. The area around the apartment was generally quiet in the day save for some nearly construction works but not loud enough to cause a problem. at night we found the area to be quite peaceful, at all times the neighbours seemed friendly. There's space to park at least one car directly outside the building on a private driveway. To walk in to the old town took around 15-20 minutes on a hot day but Josip assured me that Uber will operate around the area if required. Hiring a car is recommended if you plan to visit other recommended places outside of Zadar city. Krka, Nin, Petrcane, Pag and Lun were lovely places to visit and Biograd beach was the least busy beach we found during our stay. If you plan to eat out in Zadar then I would recommend Bruschetta and 2Ribara as they both had exceptional food and service for the costs.

Josips place is beautiful, we especially enjoyed the balcony view, the kitchen and the HUGE sofa. Josip was very flexible and accomadating with our check in and check out. He also gave us a lovely welcoming platter of meats, cheese and olives which we all enjoyed. He also gave us invaluable information about local sights and way to get around. [nbsp]We had a brilliant time. We all really enjoyed the welcome platter and all of your advice about uber and all the local sights. Your house is beautiful!!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr groAY und somit besteht ausreichend Platz für uns als 4 kopfige Familie. Ein perfekter ruhiger Ort zum entspannen und nicht weit bis in die Innenstadt. Viele verschiedene StrAonde von sandig und flach ins Wasser gehend oder Kies/Steine wo es steiler hinein geht sind leicht und schnell zu finden. ausreichend ausflugsziele (Krka Nationalpark, Plitvitzer Seen, Nationalpark Kornaten....) sind von Zadar aus gut zu erreichen. Ein Urlaub der sehr zu empfehlen ist und durch die Betreuung (steht bei Fragen, Sorgen und Problemen immer hilfreich zur Seite) von Herr Romfeld sehr gut abgerundet wurde. Danke

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern auf der Homepage und liegt etwas auAYerhalb vom Stadtzentrum (ca. 1 km). Wir haben den abendlichen Spaziergang genossen. Es gibt drei Doppelbetten, zwei davon konnten etwas breiter sein. Wir haben sehr schone Tage in Zadar verbracht und kommen bestimmt wieder nach Kroatien.

The place is very cozy, located in a peaceful area surrounded by a garden. You can easily reach the old town by foot (takes about 20 min), and a grocery store is nearby. Both the host and the owners (who live above the apartment) are very friendly, responsive and helpful. We appreciate that they provided an electric fan, a crib, a high chair and extra diaper trash bins for our baby, which are not in the list of the amenities. The owners even offered self-made Croatian sweets, which are incredibly delicious. I would definitely recommend the place.

Bardzo przyjemny i przestronny apartament na pirwszym piętrze. Duża część dzienna ze sprawną i wydajną klimatyzacją. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, we wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty ze zmywarką włącznie. Trzy wygodne sypialnie, w każdej jedno podwójne duże łóżko i duża szafa. Duża łazienka, w której zapewniono nawet suszarkę mechaniczną. Trochę brakuje wieszaków na ręczniki, ale to drobiazg bo jest dużo półek i szafek, co zapewnia miejsce na drobiazgi dla wszystkich urlopowiczów w apartamencie. Przemili i gościnni Gospodarze. Przed budynkiem wygodne miejsce parkingowe. Dla rodzin z małymi dziećmi minusem może być odległość od centrum, bo to ok.15 min spaceru, ale jeśli dla kogoś to kłopot, to polecam sprawnie kursujące taksówki (ok 10 € ).

Our staying at Josip’s place was very nice and cosy! We were greeted outside the house and we quickly checked in and accommodated. We were also offered home made sweets and snacks, which was incredibly nice of them (and also incredibly tasty 🤭). The apartment was clean and we had all the house supplies we needded! It was also very close to the local beaches and sea ports. Would totally recommend! ❤️
