The studio apartment is suitable for 2 people on 30m2 with a balcony with beautiful panoramic views of the sea and the mountains. The air-conditioned apartment with bathroom consists of a living / bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a living area with dining table, fully equipped kitchen, satellite tv and a balcony with sea view. Studio apartment "Alsano" is located in beautiful stone house, from which you have a private exit to the beach located near the house. You have access to three different terraces with sea view and unique and handmade stone fireplace with seating area. The whole yard is landscaped in unique Mediterranean style. You can enjoy in Dalmatien traditional specialties (fresh fish, lobsters ...) made just for you with love (with an on-site agreement) Spend wonderful time and enjoy the sunset under the canopy of olive trees on the beautiful terrace. The guests can access the surroundings of the house which include a the three different terrace with loungers with sea view and the grill. They also have a parking space. The guests have their own privacy but someone is available should they need anything. Numerous parks and places with untouched nature can be found nearby. National parks, with rich flora and fauna, and rivers with crystal clear water, river Zrmanja for example, ideal for rafting are located around cca. 10 km from the house. The spectacular mountain range of Velebit, protected by the National park ''Paklenica'' (cca.25km) offers beautiful hiking, jogging and cycling trails (over 200km long), as well as numerous places for rock climbing and bungee jumping. This relatively small area has an abundance of geomorphological phenomena and forms, like ‘’Manita peć’’ and ‘’Cerovačke pećine’’. You can also ''follow in the footsteps'' of the movie ''Winnetou'' which was filmed in Paklenica. On the other side the 89 karst islands, islets and reefs of the National park Kornati, often referred to as ''nautical paradise'' can be reached with a one-day boat ride from Zadar.
