Let us present our Villa "Grandseli" perfectly decorated and equipped for ten people. In the large fenced yard there is a swimming pool with sunbeds and covered seating area with grill. At the top of the house is a beautiful terrace with a whirlpool tub, deck chairs, sauna wellness and relaxation area. Enjoy our Villa and feel like home, surrounded by beautiful mountains and natural surroundings, only 150m away from the sea. The Villa "Grandseli" provides you large fenced yard with swimming pool, sunbeds, covered sitting area and grill. The Villa consists of four lovely rooms with double beds. Two rooms have a access to a balcony. Living room with comfortable couches and TV is open to kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you need. At the top of the house is the most attractive part of the Villa → relaxation area with sauna wellness, large terrace with massage tub and sunbeds with a magnificent view of the sea and mountains. Villa is equipped whit air conditioning in all rooms. The Villa has three comfortable terraces, the exit to the first terrace is from dining area the first terrace is large 12 qm. Access to the second terrace is from the first and second bedroom, terrace is large 30qm. The third terrace is located at the top of the house with a relaxation area, a shower cabin is next to the Finnish sauna. At your disposal is a complete yard with swimming pool, sitting area, grill, and your private parking. I give my guests space but am available when needed. The city of Starigrad has a rich history dating to the pre-roman era. It was built on the remains of the ancient city of Argyruntum. Numerous excavation sites tell the stories of the culture that used to live on this area. From various objects from paleolithic age found in the caves of mount Velebit, to massive city walls and unique tombstones of the Roman era, this city has a lot to offer to both the curious and the adventurous. The city of Zadar, located in the vicinity, has a vast heritage and is ideal for sightseeing, as well as a couple of other smaller towns with equally impressive heritage both cultural and architectural.
