Our villa accommodates up to 10 people and features four cozy bedrooms, a beautiful garden, and a pool. This 185 m² property with a special charm is located in Tribanj. Whether you're a large family or a group looking to explore the area, our villa is the ideal choice.
Paulina is a stunning villa surrounded by a picturesque garden with plenty of shaded spots that invite you to relax. The ground floor consists of two separate apartments, each with its own kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a double bed, and a tandem bed that can be converted into two additional sleeping spaces if needed. There is also an open, well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and a living space. Here, you will find a spacious terrace with a pool, a garden swing, sun loungers, and a handcrafted stone table with stone benches.
The upper floor offers two double bedrooms – one of them with an en-suite bathroom and a furnished balcony with sea view. There is also a living room with a seating area and a built-in fireplace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. From here, you also have access to the balcony with sea view.
Outside, you will find a large heated pool with loungers and a grassy sunbathing area. A grill is available for preparing delicious Dalmatian specialties. On-site, you can arrange boat tours with the owners or rent a boat yourself if you have a valid license.
