All three bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds and spacious wardrobes – one of them also includes an additional single bed. The comfortable leather couch can be converted into two extra sleeping spaces if needed. The two bathrooms are modern and equipped with stylish tiles and large walk-in showers. The spacious living area with an integrated kitchen features natural tones and tasteful furnishings, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere.
On the 80 m² rooftop terrace, you will find a hot tub, a large dining table, sun loungers, and a grill. Prepare your meals in the kitchen or on the grill and enjoy them right on the terrace with a beautiful view of the Adriatic. Additionally, the apartment is located very close to the beach. No matter what you choose to do, this is the perfect place to relax.
For your comfort, air conditioning is available in all three bedrooms as well as in the living area. Parking is available directly on the property in front of the house.
