The beautiful Villa Alt has three comfortable double bedrooms with spacious wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms. The bathrooms are modern and equipped with walk-in showers, decorated with stylish tiles. The spacious living area with an integrated kitchen and cozy seating area, including a well-equipped multimedia corner, shines with a bright and appealing atmosphere, featuring muted colors and harmonious, tasteful furnishings.

Outside, you will find a 44 m² pool with sun loungers and umbrellas for relaxation. Here you can enjoy wonderful hours and guaranteed rest. Under a pergola, there is a cozy seating area inviting you to linger. A grill is available to try your hand at Dalmatian specialties. Additionally, a furnished balcony is at your disposal for relaxation. For sports activities, you will find a trampoline in the garden, as well as a nearby football field and basketball court.

For your comfort, air conditioning is installed in all bedrooms and the living area. Parking is available directly on the property in front of the house.

Debeljak is a quiet rural village belonging to the Zadar County. The city of Zadar, with its sights, is only 10 minutes away by car. Zadar’s old town, with its 3,000-year history, winding alleys, and churches from early centuries, enchants every Croatia lover. Debeljak is also a great starting point for excursions to various national parks in the region.
