Overview
Village Nin apartments are located in a residential complex consisting of a total of 42 apartments on a spacious property of 2000 m². The complex consists of 7 buildings, each containing 6 apartments. In the shared courtyard there is a swimming pool, a covered area for socializing with benches, a barbecue and parking. There is also a reception within the complex. Each apartment offers accommodation for a total of 4 persons. The apartments have the same living space and consist of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms with a double bed and a terrace/balcony. Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a TV, a coffee machine and a dishwasher. Minor differences in the decoration and layout of the rooms are insignificant. The distance to the beach called Queens beach is 1000 m, which is approximately a 12-minute walk, also to the center and restaurants the same, while the distance to the nearest shop is only 350 m. Queens beach is unique in many ways. It is the longest Croatian sandy beach, and its name is associated with the legend of Queen Jelena. Near the beach is the largest medicinal mud site in Croatia. Due to the shallow and warm sea, it is particularly attractive to families with children, and outside the main season it is a popular place for long walks.
