The dining and living rooms open to the pool area, and there’s also an additional kitchen with a dining table and fireplace a few steps above the pool. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Outside, you’ll find a private garden, sunbeds with parasols by the pool, and space for sports and play. Parking is available for up to 5 cars, and the nearest beach is about 2.5 km away. Check-in starts at 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00; pets are welcome (up to 2).

The beautiful Villa Ivona is located just minutes from the sea on the eastern part of Istria.
In a small village, in a peaceful area on a spacious private property. The gated garden provides complete privacy,
a huge area for a private volleyball court, basketball court, private pool, a trampoline and a table tennis. Parking is ensured for up to 5 cars!

The house was recently built in a wonderful style with spacious and practical indoors, and a huge private garden. Inside, on the ground floor, there is a luxurious comfotable living room, a huge beautiful kitchen equipped with all the modern appliances and cutlery, connected with a dining room. An en-suite bedroom is also on the ground floor.
There is an additional kitchen with a dining table and a fireplace a few steps above the pool. The dining room and the living room also have a direct exit to the pool.
On the first floor you will find 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Outside, all around the pool, are comfortable sunbeds with parasols. The large outside area also includes a sand volleyball court, a swingset, table tennis, a trampoline and a basketball court.
Villa Ivona is truly a well equipped home for a true vacation!
