Luxury villa Symphony is situated in the picturesque nature of the island of Brač in a secluded location of Duboka Bay, which belongs to the authentic town of Milna. Villa overlooks the bays of Duboka and Lučice, which are among the most beautiful bays on the Adriatic. Surrounded by beautiful natural scenery and crystal clear azure sea, this is the perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature, friends and family. Villa Symphony is located 60m from the sea and just 2 km from the center of Milna on the island of Brač. The villa is located on a property of 350 m2 with 250 m2 living surface. It is spread over 3 floors: lower ground floor, ground floor and first floor, all connected by internal stairs. The villa is ideal for comfortable accommodation for 7 + 2 people. Villa Symphony has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining/living room and a guest toilet and is ideal for a comfortable accommodation of 7 + 2 people. On the first floor is the living room with modern sofas and LCD SAT TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for 8 people. Through the glass patio doors the guests have access to a spacious outdoor 65m2 terrace which offers an unforgettable view of the Adriatic Sea. On this terrace, there is a dining table for 8 people and a comfortable lounge set. There is also a guest toilet with a laundry room on this floor. On the ground floor there are 3 rooms with king size beds and en suite bathrooms with shower. All rooms have access to an outdoor space with an outdoor heated pool. On the lower ground floor, there is a fourth room with a bathroom with shower, a bed for 1 person and a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people.. The specialty of the room is the walk-in closet. Outside area features a large 40m2 heated swimming pool. Around the pool, there are sun loungers, parasols and an outside shower. In the pool area you can also entertain yourselves with your friends or family with a shared pool or table tennis, which are also available to the guests. There is also a barbecue grill at guests' disposal for preparing delicious Dalmatian meals. Villa Symphony is fully air-conditioned and offers good WIFI internet. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, hood, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, freezer and water heater. The Villa also has a washing machine and ironing facilities. Private parking and a boat mooring for smaller boat are offered. If you want to enjoy an active holiday, there is 1 kayak, 1 sup board and 2 bikes. In addition to staying at your disposal is a villa manager.
