The villa is fully air-conditioned and soundproofed, with Wi‑Fi, satellite TV, and a private garage near the main entrance. Distance from the sea is 700 m and from Dubrovnik center is 17 km. Pets: up to 1 allowed. Check-in 17:00, check-out 10:00; damage deposit: €920. Extra beds for +4 guests available for €39 per extra person per night.

On the spacious outdoor terrace with the most beautiful view of the countryside and landscaped scented garden there is a heated 5 * 10 m swimming pool, sun loungers, outdoor shower and if you get hungry after over-enjoying you have a barbecue and a dining table for 8 people.

The ground floor has access to the terrace thanks to the large sliding door through which we have a magnificent view of the surroundings. On the west side of the ground floor there is a modern living room with a fitness space for those who want to exercise. In addition to the living room is a dining table for 8 people and a fully equipped spacious kitchen with a bar in the middle. Also on the ground floor there is a private garage and a guest toilet.

The wooden stairs go up to the first floor with 2 rooms with king beds and en suite bathrooms with bath and shower. The third room with a king bed has an en suite bathroom with shower, while the last room has a separate bed and an en suite bathroom with shower. There are 4 rooms with private bathrooms on this floor. All rooms have LCD TVs and balconies where you can all soak up the sun together.

The villa has free wireless internet connection, satellite TV, safe, professionally equipped kitchen, fitness equipment, microwave, washing machine and dryer, iron, towels, hairdryers, garden, sitting sets, terrace, balcony, heated outdoor pool.
