Set on a scenic coastline in Orasac, this 220 m² contemporary villa offers a spacious living area with a large sofa and flat-screen TV, plus a fully equipped kitchen and dining room. Four bedrooms each with its own character comfortably host eight adult guests, with four bathrooms available. Step onto the large terrace for panoramic sea views, outdoor seating, a barbecue area for al fresco dining, and a large pool. Orasac sits about 14 km west of Dubrovnik, where the UNESCO Old Town and its 10th-century city walls are a famous walk. Check-in is from 17:00 and check-out by 10:00; a €500 security deposit is paid on arrival and returned after departure (subject to inspection). Pets are possible on request, and groups under 25 years of age are not allowed.

Along the scenic coastline lies the luxurious Villa Kora, a symphony of elegance and craftsmanship. The 220 m2 interior is adorned with carefully chosen modern furniture that strikes a perfect balance between comfort and style while the creative use of fabrics and colorful artwork add a playful yet sophisticated touch with quirky light fixtures dangling from the ceilings. An airy living room is inviting with a large sofa and a flat screen TV insuring pleasurable lazy day. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room there are four unique bedrooms, each with its own distinct character, quality furnishings and artistic touches.

A sublime extension of the villa is a sprawling terrace offering panoramic sea views. Here, you can bask in the beauty of the surroundings, take a dip in the large pool and enjoy the coastal breeze. Plenty of outdoor seating is provided, as well as a barbecue area with al fresco dining, all simply awaiting relaxation and entertainment.

In four bedrooms eight adult guests are comfortably accommodated. 

Located just 14km west of Dubrovnik, Orašac is abundant in marvelous beaches with calm clear water and plenty of restaurants and shops around. For a full experience of the area we invite you to visit infamous city Dubrovnik, which just may be the most popular destination on the Adriatic coast, for a good reason. Formed in seventh century and since scarred by many of its rulers today it displays a rich cultural history and historical significance. Protected by UNESCO pedestrian only charming Old Town is enveloped in 10th century city walls, 2 kilometers in length, in some parts 6 meters tall. It is a must stroll! Stradun, or Dubrovnik’s placa, is a picturesque street lined with cafés and restaurants, a perfect view point to admire the architecture and watch the world go by while enjoying fresh catch of the day and sipping on a glass of Malvazija.
