The villa is fully equipped for a relaxing holiday, with an open-space ground floor, modern furnishings, and large sliding doors that open to the outdoor areas and the pool. You’ll find a kitchen connected to the dining room, plus a family room overlooking the pool with glass walls and sliding doors. It offers 4 bedrooms with double beds and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 people. The closest beach is in Rabac, about 18 km away, and Opatija and Kvarner Bay are about a half hour’s drive. Two dogs are welcome with an additional charge of 8 euros per dog per day. Please contact before arrival 1 hour in advance.

Villa Pedena Bajci is located in a quiet and picturesque area in Central Istria, nestled in a beautiful nature surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, making it a great place for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. While there are tourist centers and beaches just a short drive away, as well as Pula airport, the closest beach is located in Rabac, about 18 km away. Opatija and Kvarner Bay are about half an hour's drive from the villa.

The villa is entirely equipped and has everything one needs for a holiday. The villa is absolutely stunning, as a lot of attention was given to all the details. The ground floor is an open-space with modern furniture, nice paintings, and large sliding doors leading to the outside areas and pool.

Villa can accommodate up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms with double beds and 3 bathrooms. The large kitchen, connected with the dining room, makes it a great space for evening meal preparation and gatherings. The family room overlooks the pool and outside, with amazing glass walls and sliding doors connecting the inside with the outside.

*A maximum of two dogs are welcome with an additional charge of 8 euros per dog per day.
